It did not fully satisfy if for any reason you with the classified ads or have a question or concern about your purchase, please contact Customer Support within 7 days of your purchase date by filling out the refund request form on the contact page. As a Classified Ads Publisher, it is important to have a customer-friendly refund policy.
XamTrade has a 24/7 refund window for all transactions on her website, which is 1 day more than the industry standard. This allows sellers to feel confident in their listing and provides them with peace of mind.
We have a simple return policy for you. You can request a refund within 7 working days of purchase, as long as the ad has not yet been published. If the ads are published or you do not desire to work with us, we will issue the refund with no penalty.
We want you to be confident when purchasing ads from us that if you change your mind, we will take your request seriously and give you a full refund promptly.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace subscription if you are old seller and you must be on standard pack for eligibility of exchange. . If you need to exchange it as urgency, send us an email at sale@xamtrade.com and include your purpose.
